Description of Filter Coffee Machine

The machine has a water container connected to a through-flow heating element that separates water and steam after through-flow heating to allow the separated steam to be fed to a steam delivery nozzle. The tank is connected to the fresh water tank through a check valve at its bottom and to a steam separator at its top, with a throttle valve between the tank and the heating element to limit the rate of water delivery when dry steam is needed.

The Indian filter coffee is also served in a cup and saucer which allows one to swish the coffee back and forth to cool it down. And in the process, it also improves the texture, froths the milk, and dissolves the sugar.
